Course Objectives

This course will provide you with advanced skills in training and assessment and/or the skills and knowledge required to manage a training and assessment function.

Learn how to:

• Design and develop learning strategies
• Design, develop and evaluate learning resources and/or e-learning resources
• Facilitate action learning and/or e-learning
• Lead and coordinate training and/or assessment services
• Coordinate and manage quality in a training and/or assessment service
• Provide training advisory services, and much more

The Diploma of Training and Assessment is designed to build on the knowledge and skills gained through the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Consequently the 12 core units of the Certificate IV are a prerequisite for entry into this program.
