When you engage with Workplace Learning Initiatives Pty Ltd you will not be served up standardized off-the-shelf training materials. We have experience and expertise in instructional design, curriculum writing and in the development of custom-built resources to support worker-learners, teachers and trainers. Our resources include print-based learner and trainer guides as well as multi-media products using CD-Rom and web-based technologies for flexible learning. We work with your people and your processes to develop learning and training resources to meet your needs – and we work with digital images, video and audio to build user-friendly resources which optimize learning for everyone – including those lacking confidence as adult learners and those with limited English language and literacy skills.

When we work with an enterprise to develop training and learning resources those materials become part of the systems and the learning infrastructure within the organization. They provide a learning legacy which sustains the learning after our involvement.
