Sarah is WLI’s principal Occupational Health and Safety consultant and Manager of our WorkSafe approved training program for Occupational Health and Safety. Sarah brings to this role a diverse background, including experiences in Defence, Airlines and training. Sarah’s military background, within a logistics corps in the regular army, formed a foundation to move into the airline industry as a senior manager. She has been responsible for the management and control of large scale contracts providing logistics support to the airline industry and she has been the General Manager of a flight services centre managing the supply chain and delivering an integrated logistics service to a global market.
Sarah has a broad skill base that includes qualifications and experience in human resource management, logistics, training and development, leadership, administration, contract management, OHS and auditing. She has had extensive experience in key organisational projects, strategic policy development, analysis and report writing and the production of a vast array of training materials, operations manuals, doctrinal publications and other associated materials.
Sarah has designed and presented a range of training programs including: occupational health and safety (approved by WorkSafe Victora), contract management and coordination, leadership and management development programs, organisational compliance, accounting, food safety, auditing and quality assurance. The programs and delivery strategies have been varied and include classroom, E-learning, workplace project facilitation, experiential learning and blended approaches.
