Peter has over 25 years experience in manufacturing, primarily in the petrochemical & plastics industries with more than 14 years in production roles. Peter has been working in employee development since 1992 and his experience includes consulting in competitive/lean manufacturing, organisational change, leadership and management development as well as facilitating training and assessment, process operations, and occupational health & safety training programs. Peter has also been involved with both the state and national industry training boards and contributed to the development of the Chemical Hydrocarbons and Oil Training Package. He is also accredited to administer a range of psychometric instruments including the Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
