Connie takes care of our student enrolment system, AVETMISS statistical data collection/reporting, award issuance, budget reports, payment scheduling and invoice maintenance, and reception of incoming calls with an emphasis on ensuring all service enquiries are managed with the highest possible understanding of your needs.
Prior to joining the Workplace Learning Initiatives team in 2001, Connie spent nine years at ANZ Head office reporting statistical data to the ABA (Australian Bankers Association) and analysing lending and deposit volumes.
